Baues bistro asian streetfood experience
Lukáš Bauer aka Baues is a producer of great chili oil, other seasonings and a culinary adventurer. Some time ago he opened a factory and bistro in Libeň, and he is preparing a branch in Letná. Inspiration in various Asian cuisines and a flair for streetfood directness and explosive flavours are his hallmarks. He will present a selection of his streetfood cuisine at Letná Letná. Maté gyoza dumplings, as on the streets of Utsunomyi, Japan. Thinly marinated and grilled pork belly with rice and chilli mayo. Asian-style fried rice and seasonal soups. Baues seasonings will also be available for purchase at the booth. Stop by for a taste and a taste adventure!
