Paella don Olino
We are honoured to participate in the Summer Letná Festival for the eighth time. Paella don Olino is a traditional Spanish dish in a non-traditional Czech rendition, cooked with love in a giant, 1.3 metre large pan. With or without chicken meat, just with vegetables. Shrimps prepared separately in olive oil with garlic and parsley can be added to the dish at will.
