Evaluation meeting of European project CircusLink in Prague

Last week, an evaluation meeting of the international project CircusLink, in which Letní Letná is a partner, took place in Prague.

Within two days, we evaluated the course of the project, planned further development of the web platform and its future, and also invited our guests to brand new performances by Czech circus companies.

During the past three years of the project realization, four European contemporary circus festivals have joined forces to jointly select art ensembles for sharing experiences and discussing the dramaturgy of each event. This resulted in creation of a digital platform that helps art ensembles, programmers and artists to present their work, find suitable partners and places to present new shows.

In January 2022, we went to present the project at the Biennale Internationale des Arts du Cirque in Marseille, and a short video was created from this event, which you can watch in the header of this page ("Play the video button").

If you are a professional artist / ensemble / programmer of a space that could present new circus performances, register on the platform: https://circuslink.eu/

Follow CircusLink on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Project partners: Biennale Internationale des Arts du Cirque, Teatro da Didascália, Dynamo - working space for circus & performing arts, Letní Letná, Baltic Nordic Circus Network.

The project is co-financed by the European Union's Creative Europe program and the French Institute in Paris.
