LOSERS SINCE 2014

Thanks to the great acrobats, choreographers and directors, other projects were soon added, such as Walls & Handbags, Kolaps (“Collapse”), Heroes, Ego, Konkurz (“The Audition”), Grandiozní (“The Grandiose”) or the family show Mimjové. Today, The Losers tour not only all over the country, but also all over Europe, proving that they are among the top of Czech contemporary circus.

WHAT’S NEW FOR THE LOSERS?

In 2021, the company won its own theatre, which is called BRAVO! and is located in Braník, Prague. Not only the company, but also the circle of collaborating artists is gradually changing and new genres are being added to the repertoire. On both the domestic stage and international you can see the acrobatic musical Nebesa (“Heaven”), the musical show Kmeny (“Tribes”) or the site-specific project Branické pověsti (“The Braník Tales”). On the Summer Stage of the BRAVO! Theatre in the Convent of St. Agnes of Bohemia, the LCC presents a successful project about Czech saints, SANCTI.

For its tenth anniversary, Losers Cirque Company has given itself two big projects. The first was the premiere of the dramatic and acrobatic Národní sbírky zlozvyků (“National Collection of Bad Habits”) directed by Tomáš Dianiška. The second gift awaits not only The Losers, but also the audience in the autumn and will be the premiere of the spectacular cabaret CIZINEC (“The Stranger”) by Italian director Firenza Guidi. The 20th full-length performance will thus be added to the repertoire of The Losers.
